IF I WERE A SAINT

We are living in an age where there are no saints. Saints have gone with the bygone era. Now what we have are fake saints. Saints are the people who have not created any religion for others. They created their own religions, they believed in it, died in it. They did not ask anyone to establish ‘religions’ in their names. But the followers established religions in the name of saints and later these religions became the reasons for socio-political unrest and economic games. For me, artists are like Saints. They don’t create any religion for others. But they create a religion with their art and believe in it, live in it and die in it.
