Sandip Kuriakose graduated with an MVA (Painting) from MS University, Baroda (2014) and a BFA (Painting) from the College of Art, New Delhi. The primary focus of his work has been an examination of power structures that is based in the ethnographic, archival and biographical. His primary materials are photography, text and publications. He is currently pursuing his MFA (Visual Arts) at the University of California, Riverside. He lives and works in California.
