2009 Recipient of FICA Artist Award for Emerging contemporary Artist of India.

As a part of the award received eight weeks studio residency at Montalvo Art Centre, California and a solo show at Vadhera Art gallery, Delhi

2008 Recipient of the Bodhi Art award. This award included a ten-week residency program at the FUTUR Foundation, Switzerland.

2008 Recipient of the Kava Award from Kashi Art Gallery.

2008 Recipient of the Nasreen Mohamedi scholarship from Faculty of Fine Arts, M.S.University

of Baroda

2005-06 Recipient of Senior Scholarship in the discipline of painting from LALIT KALA AKADEMI.

Part of a collaborative project with co-artist Hemali Bhuta on the life and works of Nasreen Mohamedi-titled “Representing Histories”. This project is initiated by Grant Watson (curator at the Antwerp museum, Belgium) and Suman Gopinath (Collab, Bangalore).

Will be a part of the ESSL museum show, ‘The Banyan Tree’ of young Indian contemporary artists, Vienna. (2010)

Currently a part of the fine arts faculty at Rachana Sansad Fine Arts School in Mumbai.

The artist resides and works in Mumbai.
